Mandhari Villa - Christmas 2019
The staff was not prepared and was overwhelmed by the amount of guests. It should not take an hour to get a glass of juice or wanting to request a meal from room service and being told that there is a buffet that night and finally get a plate of spaghetti 2 hours later. There were not enough beach towels for all the guests (I had my own), not enough lounge chairs and they really need to put umbrellas on the patio.
The spa, tucked away in a corner, really needs to get upgraded. It shows that it is not being used on a regular basis. It could be a great asset to the hotel if it could get the attention required.
It could be a great place to stay if only the management can resolve those issues. The location is great, right on the lagoon in Matamwe, but the issues that came up really needs to be addressed.
