"I'm not very familiar with the TRU line of Hilton hotels, but it seems to be a somewhat spartan line. People should keep that in mind. Overall, our stay was comfortable. Bathrooms are quite noisy -- you can hear your neighbors well. The sleeping area was noticeably quieter, but sound still carried a bit. My traveling companion has some back issues and she was not pleased with the bed, though I had no problem with it. She is used to finer bedding."

"Not only was it my first time staying at this hotel, it was also my first time visiting Warwick, NY. It was a short business trip, and the management of this hotel provided me with truly exceptional customer service. I had had a problem accessing the TV channels, and the manager replaced the cable box very quickly, in spite of constantly being called, on both the hotel and his smartphone, he took care of the problem much faster than expected."
