"I enjoy this hotel a lot. Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby. I returned to see my expensive luggage sitting out in the hall where anyone could take it. The staff are always wonderful"

"I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. There is a tram stop at the other side of the square that opens the transport links to the whole city. "

"Laurenço (not sure of spelling) was at the front desk on arrival and was very accommodating. He was able to hold our luggage until check in and check out in order to allow us to sightsee. The breakfast provided was nice and adequate. The nicely appointed room met our needs. The location was within walking distance to stores and restaurants."

"The location is good. It's easy to access both from the airport and the metro. They were always so kind. I went to the restaurant nearby the hotel which were recommended and reserved by them for dinner. It was so great. (I regret that I forgot to ask her name who helped planning the dinner.) I also love their breakfast. It was definitely the best breakfast. I was happy to eat quiche in France for breakfast:) Thanks to this hotel, my stay in Toulouse was perfect. "
