"Beautiful hotel on a very lovely beach! "

"This property was well laid out and most chalets were set back into the jungle which gave it a very natural look. The property was very walkable though there were also little carts that could take you around. The ocean view chalet had a magnificent view and a beautiful balcony with 2 loungers and 2 chairs. The staff couldn’t be more kind or accommodating and anything we wanted they got quickly and with a smile. The food options were good and we loved having our breakfast each morning by the water. They kept the beach clean and the water was perfect for swimming with a sandy bottom. Though there were a few places around the resort that could use little repairs, overall we were very happy with our stay and would return again anytime. If you like a natural environment with modern conveniences and a quiet and relaxing resort with helpful and friendly people this is a great choice. And it’s also within walking distance of the skybridge!"

"Absolutely fabulous hotel on a beautiful beach and the lovely pool area. All the staff were lovely & friendly. Our room was on the 5th floor looking over the pool & beach, the views are stunning. Our room was huge, the bathroom had the best bath/shower area I’ve ever seen with views over the bay ! We tried the 3 different restaurants and all were good. All positive except one: there was a cigar smoking room next to the main bar which made the area smell of smoke, so unpleasant we couldn’t use this area in the evening. Also quite a few people were smoking in area where the restaurant was, again not pleasant. I would suggest that the manager control the smoking better. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay. "

"Stunning location and comfortable accommodation with wonderful staff"

"Rooms were good, beds comfortable, staffs friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent at Rice Garden. There were a few maintenance issues like water clogging in wash basin, tv remote not working, door card was not working at times. However staff immediately assisted to resolve issues. We booked for two Delux Double rooms. The rooms were on the other side of the GF even upon request placed during booking to give us rooms next to each other. Sofa bed was provided instead of single bed in the rooms. These were later changed upon request. Overall the experience was very good. Loved the lounge and pool area. There was always a pleasant breeze in these areas at all times which made us unwind and relax. 99island bar and service was great. "
