"The receptionist seemed efficient and was very cheerful but had trouble finding our booking, made a week beforehand. You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation and very basic room. The hotel is obviously popular with holidaymakers in transit. Late arrivals kept us awake. Corridors are echoing and there is little soundproofing between rooms. The bathroom was in a flimsy plastic pod with an awkward step up from the bedroom. Breakfast did not start until 7.30. We left early."

"A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant.
