"Old fashioned vintage quaint setting in a friendly comforting atmosphere. Scenic views, and excellent pool setting on the apple tree filled valley. Lovely homely staff. Located midway between the town and slopes / party active area of Faraya. All with good value for money."

"The chalet was overall great, and everything was in order. Before we left, I noticed a first aid kit and hairdryer in the drawer beside the bed. It would be better if they were placed in a more visible spot. As for cleanliness, the chalet was very clean, but I did notice unclean towels left in the laundry basket upon our arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight, but it’s worth mentioning to the housemaid to ensure extra attention to detail."

"The reception was very very poor. Lack of professional approach. Lack of amenities and poorly managed. Property is excellent. "

"Beautiful suites, however still on their first steps of hosting guests... Heaters were not on, took more than 10h for the suite to be bareable. No breakfast is served or any other food. No one will bring it from outside either. Huge noise from the nearby generator, sleeping is difficult in such a case... Overpriced for what it is"

Family summer and winter resort

"The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast. "
