"Shuttle was great and picked up pretty late till 245am."

"Such a great location for a quick getaway with kids. We loved being able to walk to the aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The hotel’s pool was great, especially at night when they put on movies. The front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel even had snacks put out for kids each afternoon and a room where they could do art/coloring. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s always been a great experience. Very close to Mohegan and the property is in a great location with several stores around if you happen to forget anything from home. Shuttle transportation is always a plus as well! "

"Elevators not working, escalators closed, bathrooms closed, signage confusing,ice cream place closed at 9 pm? Food court places closed? Terrible"
