Check in took a while because their credit card reader for room deposit wasn’t working, the bathtub/shower should have been cleaner, half used roll of toilet paper left on dispenser in room instead of being replaced with a new one, room smelt of cigarettes but was a non-smoking room

Breakfast was not so kid friendly and the hallway seems to be loud with just footsteps, not sure what that was. Clean, comfortable and hot water so no real complaints! Staff was super friendly!

Our room was clean. Desk person was friendly. Our only issue with the room is that our room smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk and they were aware of it. Breakfast was fine and probably a little bit better than I expected.

Musty property needs some work
I think the Staff were attentive and friendly. The property itself needs a facelift. The bed was clean, but the carpet was very old and the room was very very stuffy and wet feeling with a terrible smell. I have mold allergies and we almost left except the people across the hall said it improved after the air was on for awhile. With the air conditioning set to 60 and an open window, it improved a little bit. The smell never fully left. The breakfast was nothing special.
