"Beautiful place to stay with my two adult children. Excellent breakfast and comfortable space. Lots of walking required to get to places (up and down hill) so those with mobility issues should be aware. "

"Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided."

"Nice apartment although a little out of town. Werent aware that we had to check in in the town centre so not great comms. Good value for money. Kitchen should include bottle opener."

Besonders praktisch war die Lage – nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. "Positives it was Close to restaurants, lakes, ferry. Negitives ,Didn't like the noise from the ferry, bars and road. Apartment itself was not very clean only one light worked in the living room, there was an electrical cable repaired with tape under the TV unit, the shower curtains had mold on, the shower head fell off every time you used it, the toilet was dirty, there was only one small light in the bathroom which was inadequate, there was a taped up wire hanging out the wall above the mirror...

Lovely stay

"Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. Shower was quite small, and difficult to move around in without banging elbows and knees. Although food looked well presented in hotel restaurant and staff very attentive, thought choice on menu was a bit limited so didn’t end up eating at the hotel which was a shame…also a little expensive. On the whole though would definitely return again but maybe ask for a room on a lower floor so I don’t have to use the lift. "

"The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"

Beautiful hotel with stunning views

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "
