"The hotel is not up to date to be able to receive payment from Expedia. We arrived and they did not have our booking or payment - despite paying upon booking here. Expedia was helpful to send a refund, but do not book this hotel online. Otherwise, it is a basic place."

"The only bad hotel experience we had in Uganda. Upon arrival, the night receptionist could not find trace of our booking (ok, this can happen) but addressed the situation very disrespectfully.
