"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."

"We hadn’t been to Segovia since ’91. What a surprise to find out how much we missed on our first visit. This hotel was lovely, and in a perfect location. It was a very short, and scenic walk to the Alcázar and the Aqueduct. They are on opposite ends of this marvelous town. Our room had a corner location, providing a view over beautiful countryside below; storks nesting on the roof, and abundant bird life below. Breakfast was buffet style with ample room and a broad selection of hot and cold...
