Slidt hus med ret god beliggenhed.
Lukket have med nogenlunde havudsigt Besværlig parkering. Dobbeltsengen knager ved brug. Spisebordet har en klistret plade. Alt for meget udstyr i skufferne. Ellers gode maskiner. To gode gyngestole. Ingen anvisninger til TV. Badeværelset ikke i orden, slidt og ret snavset.
