"Great property, staff were accommodating and friendly. Only suggesting the pool was an amazing space. But cocktails service at pool only begins early evening. So you miss out librations at the pool and sunset. But the area definitely comes alive for dinner service. "

"The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on. It came on for the 2nd night, I froze again the 3rd night as the heat wasn't turned on. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was nothing but pastries no silverware on tables."

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."

"The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. "Fantastic option in BA! It's in a very cool neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. Comfortable beds, and decent amount of space in the rooms. The complementary laundry machines is a huge advantage that you usually wouldn't expect in a place like this. The service here was outstanding! Very responsive and helpful staff. I highly recommend!"
