"We stayed here in July for one night and it was like being invited to a house party. The welcome could not have been friendlier. The accommodation was perfect and the little terrace was bathed with early evening sunshine, very pleasant. The Air con was very welcome later though. We didn't have the evening meal but it smelled delicious!! Breakfast was exactly what we needed. it was ideal and a lovely change from a chain hotel. Thanks, A little Gem!! "

"Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Laurent et Christine. La chambre est mignonne, bien décorée. Le lit est très confortable. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux. Laurent cuisine divinement bien ... nous avons eu l'occasion de partager une table d'hôtes avec d'autres touristes ... c'était vraiment génial ! Fin de soirée avec un blind test ... trop drôle ! "A peaceful location for a stunning property in the beautiful Corrèze high above historic Beaulieu & Argentat. "We never found the place and called to find out that the booking was never processed. The way up was v v dangerous on a narrow road in the mountains. It was a v v deserted place and I was questioning security. Am sort of glad we were moved to another place which was not that great either but we spent the night. "

"We had a wonderful weekend staying here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Lovely added touch to.gave breakfast delivered in a basket . Ideal for visting Gouffre de Padirac. Would have been nice to gave had coffee maki g facilities. Lovely to be surrounded by nature. "

"Very relaxing and comfortable stay in the countryside near Sarlat. The room was small but comfortable and with all amenities. Very quiet in an old country home. A great French breakfast was included and you can order dinner (be sure to ask the host in the morning) with fresh and high quality local delicacies. The host was also very friendly and helpful. We recommend for anyone looking to taste the Périgord countryside!"

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. On the advert it said dogs allowed but when we arrived we weren’t given the room advertised as there was a carpet on the floor. We were taken to an outside room which was very tired and old fashioned. We only stayed one night although booked for two. Probably much better in summer. The breakfast was very good but the dining room smelt very musty. Madame was very sweet - the hotel had been run by her parents for thirty years. It needs a little updating"

"Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Annabelle et Isabelle. Le cadre à l écart d un bourg permet une grande tranquillité. Le cadre est multiculturel avec des clients venant de plusieurs pays d Europe. Hollande, Allemagne notamment. Le séjour à été très agreable et les hôtes ont été de grands conseils et toujours disponibles. Seul bémol, l aspect visuel des chambres est un peu rustique avec des équipements un peu ancien. Pour autant tout est fonctionnel et nous n avons rien à...
