"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"Loved staying at Furtho Manor Farm, a warm welcome and room comfortable. All essentials provided even use of the fridge in the dining room. Had a lovely walk around the grounds, stunning area great buildings. Lots of wildlife. Very central location, close to the entertainment complex and Woburn. Yummy breakfast to start the day. Very happy and would return again in the future. Thank you 😊"

"Let’s be straight here, this is not a guest house. It’s a house with the rooms poorly converted to bedrooms. There is no fire detection, or prevention. No secondary means if escape. My room wasn’t serviced once in the the 4 days I stopped. The description is shockingly deceptive. No WiFi, you have to provide your own loo roll and the place is very very noisy and the other guests have no consideration.
