"Had a wonderful interesting room overlooking the square. It was very lively as one could expect from a port city and easily walkable everywhere. Visited a fabulous lunch spot around the corner called Vert…very memorable and delicious! Enjoyed all the Christmas light as well. The museums are great too. Only downside is far too much ugly graffiti that makes neighborhoods look dirty and sad."

"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied...

We didn't receive the VIP privilege we have been told we'll get during the reservation (a bottle of wine ). The property does not offer any coffee capsules, not even one per person. All was for purchase. I mean, even an average hotel offers the minimum kit, aka coffee, tea, sugar, water as a welcome gesture for his guests. "
