Amazing experience, very good and well-staffed team and manager Mr Wael pays great attention to every detail. I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well.

Hotel is bright new. Operates from last November. Nice architecture, lot of swiming pools. Beachfront nice with bar and restaurant. Good quality food. Rooms are spacy, view at pools or beach.

It was awesome experience started with receptionists staff by completing check in process while have a seat and drink welcoming drink.The hotel almost new opened and has diving center which luckily close to ‘ marsa mubark’ one of the famous spot dive in marsa alam . The food was incredible with multi varieties.

The structure is all new, the staff is wonderful, everyone is kind, and they did everything to meet our needs. Attention to cleanliness and detail is one of the major strengths of this place. The food is good and there's a lot of variety; the bay in front is sandy, but unfortunately, the coral reef right in front of the hotel is almost entirely dead. However, the presence of dugongs and turtles makes this detail less bothersome. One piece of advice I would give the establishment is to pay more attention to the conservation of the bay in front of the hotel, avoiding, for example, plastic balloon games on the beach, and ensuring that workers prevent any plastic pieces from ending up in the sea (which I saw happening during the construction of the pier), especially since the public beach next to the hotel is already heavily polluted with plastic. Apart from this, we had a great time and we would definitely come back.

Das Jaz Elite Amara, ist ein Wunderschönes Hotel mit Hervorragenden Essen und Service. Die Spezialitäten Restaurants ein Gedicht. Wenn uns etwas nicht gefallen hat wurde darauf sofort reagiert. Das Personal ist um seine Gäste wirklich bemüht. Baulärm trotz Baustelle nebenan, konnten wir nicht feststellen. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr klein und dadurch sehr eng gestellt. Die Bucht Wunderschön, man kann vom Strand super schnorcheln. Wer nicht Lärmempfindlich ist, den werden auch die bis zu 10 Ausflugsschiffe die dort Vorort die, dieTagesgäste planschen lassen nicht stören. Ebenfalls stinkt es da oft extrem nach Diesel, wenn die Boote nicht abschalten. Alles in allem ein tolles neues Hotel, wo der Gast König ist. Für die Ausflugschiffe kann das Hotel nichts und trotzdem muss ich es in die Bewertung einfließen lassen. Ich mag es eher Ruhig und darum ist es für mich persönlich eher nichts.

Eccellente hotel di recente apertura (1 anno) inserito in un gruppo di hotel della catena Jaz afficiati sulla miglior baia per fare snorkeling di Marsa Alam. Pulizia impeccabile così come il cibo sempre fresco. Durante il soggiorno si può usufruire una volta dei ristoranti alla carta senza supplemento. Molte camere con piscina privata.

Posto veramente molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio. Personale sempre disponibile per ogni tua richiesta. Cibo ottimo e di livello. Mohamed, il signore alla reception che parla italiano, ci ha fatti sentire veramente coccolati e a casa. Torneremo sicuramente molto presto.

Zalig verblijf gehad. Echt een aanrader voor wie houd van rust en snorkelen/duiken. Als ik een minpuntje mag noemen is zijn de handdoekleggers die toch hun gang gaan ondanks een duidelijk beleid (die niet opgevolgd wordt) van max 1 uur.

hotel recente, all inclusive mas com qualidade. Ja estive noutros do red sea e este, apesar de mais caro, é melhor, mais próximo dos padrões europeus. como sugestão de melhoria, permitir que possa ir ao restaurante de calções. Estar de calças com aquele calor é um pouco desconfortável.

TOP gepflegte Anlage und es wird auch sehr viel Wert gelegt das alles Sauber ist und auch die verschiedenen Pools geprüft werden. Zimmer waren grosszügig und modern. Bei der Dusche ist das Wasser langsam abgelaufen und die Kissen waren auch nicht so bequem. Das Essen war gut jedoch hätte es manchmal geschmaksvoller sein oder verschiedene Auswahl. Das Gym war schön und hatte schöne Aussicht. Ein paar Krafttrainig Geräte mehr wären auch gut gewesen. Service war auch gut, jedoch gab es vereinzelt Mitarbeiter die meine Frau hinterher geschaut haben und wenig Respekt gegeben wurde. Es sind einige Dinge die das Hotel zu optimieren kann. Aber im grossen und ganzen war es gut und ich kann es weiter empfehlen.

Super schönes Hotel, tolle Poollandschaft nur leider muss hier an vielen Ecken noch gearbeitet werden. Service bisher echt nicht gut, sehr unaufmerksam, langsam, und sprechen einen ständig wegen Trinkgeld an. Fitnessstudio ausbaufähig, vorallem die Öffnungszeiten (7-19 Uhr, in warmen Ländern gehen die meisten Gäste gerne nach 19 Uhr ins Studio und genossen vorher die Sonne) Speisen: Schwierig, Mittagessen am Strand und Pool al a Card wirklich lecker, nur leider haben wir hier teilweise über 1 Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Auf die Getränke oftmals nicht viel kürzer, es sei denn man holt sie sich an der Bar selbst. Bestellungen werden teilweise vergessen. Speisen wenn da, lecker! Frühstück im Buffetrestaurant: top, es gibt Crêpe, Omelette täglich frisch und viel an Auswahl! Hier sollte jeder was finden. Nur leider kommt hier der Kaffee oftmals zum Schluss. Holt man ihn sich selbst an der Maschine sind die Kellner motzig. Abends: al a Card lecker, buffet für den Preis nicht doll! Vermisse hier frischen Fisch, etc… eher langweilig, eintönig. Das selbe man wartet auf die Getränke ewig. Oftmals bekommt man Streitigkeiten unter den Mitarbeitern mit, weil sie sich wohl nicht einig sind wer hier im Service was tut und wen bedient! Wirklich nervig! Öffnungszeiten Pool und Strandbar bis 17 Uhr, bei Sommerurlaub echt kurz. Vermisst wird tagsüber Eis für Kinder, gerne auch eine Truhe wo man es kaufen kann.
