We had a wonderful stay as afa ily at this lovely Riad in the old city. What was remarkably special were the amazing staff who went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met worhon and outside on our excursions. We had an issue one day with a booking i. Thr Agafay Desert that did not meet any of our expectations and when one of the staff (Bushra) came to know of this she immediately addressed this in a fullsome lovely way. They make you feel very much as if you are at home with your own family. The Riad dealite being i. The old city os very peaceful and relaxing and flexible accordi g to your wishes e.g. having breakfast in multiple possiblr venues at a time that suits you. All in all a teuly wonderful stay a d ivannot recommend this highly enough.

The staff, room and breakfast were all great and the Riad is walkable to all major palaces. There are some good local restaurants near by and the lanes are an experience!

The stay was amazing. We arrived a little early and were lucky to have the room ready for us. The welcome tea was very refreshing. The room itself was beautiful decorated, very clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had dinner in the evening which ended up being a private dinner on the rooftop. The waiter was excellent and the food was outstanding. When we checked out, our bags were put in a cart and taken to the main street so we could get a taxi. If we're ever back in Marrakesh, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Stop looking for another Riad and just book Riad Kniza! The Riad is spectacular! From the moment we got there they treated us like family! They met every question and request with a smile and did everything they could do to make our stay as great as possible. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. They would bring us our delicious complimentary breakfast to the room every morning at the time of our choosing. Mohamed, the owner, is so sweet and even took us on a FANTASTIC tour of the city. Riad Kniza is absolutely stunning. Located in the Medina and walking distance from all the major sites and souks. When we arrived we were blown away but how amazing the property is. It offers various different relaxing areas, lounges, a roof terrace, a pool etc. The staff were really attentive. The manager gave us a tour on arrival and then we settled in on the huge roof terrace which has shaded areas, loungers and toilets. There was a phone on the roof to call for tea, wine and snacks. Whatever you wanted. The hotel accommodated everything. You can also order your breakfast to any part of the Riad. We had it in our room, by the pool and on the roof terrace. Different locations each day. The room we stayed in was lovely. The size and decor was perfect. We arrived to rose petal displays and fresh fruit each day. Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed in amazing luxury hotels all over the world and have to say Riad Kniza is right up there with some of the best. Such an amazing place!

This was a serendipitous find! Such a lovely Riad and excellent on all fronts. Every single member of the staff was absolutely delightful and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. This is not just a Riad in Marrakech, Riad Kniza is an experience not to be missed, the personal service, attention to detail, decor and furnishings, it’s service that’s so often out of reach for so many travellers, it’s hard to believe when your inside the Risd that your in the heart of a vibrant and lively Medina, we also loved the rooftop restaurant opposite which is also an art gallery, highly recommended

Although the rooms are impressive, this accommodation is far from a five star hotel. Is simply located in a dirty busy area of the medina and doesn’t have the space needed in the general areas in order to be half confortable. Doesn’t have a lift and is full of stairs and corridors. The rooms are dark, don’t have a terrace, the hot water takes ages to warm up, the tv needs a guide in order to work😂 although there is the roof terrace…the staff are nice and welcoming… they are also very tight with their charges…definitely overpriced for what you get in return…I wouldn’t be coming back to that Riad…I would come back to Marrakesh though…
