Felt Like Home
Riad Sun Week was a joy for us. The staff made us feel like family. The location was absolutely perfect for us, as we wanted to explore the souks and square. The breakfast was plentiful and so were the smiles and the Moroccan tea. This is the real Morocco!

This is the first time I stayed in a Riad as there was no option of a decent hotel near Jame Al Fana Square. It was a wonderful experience. It felt like my village home. I really enjoyed the stay. Its 3 minutes walk from Jame Al Fana. Staff Abdul, Amina,, Hannah and A6esha were all great people. Cantt think of anything I didnt like. Thank you all staff for your wonderful hospitality.

We were in the centre of the medina and yet the nights were quiet for sleeping. There is a real buzz every way you turn without being over the top. The staff were absolutely amazing; hospitality was second to none. They couldn’t do enough for us from breakfast to laundry, translating Arabic to organising transport. Absolutely fantastic!

The hospitality of all the staff was excellent!! Everyone went above and beyond to assist in all ways possible. The breakfast was wonderful! Location very accessible to the big square where there are many restaurants, you can pick up tours at Cafe France and also catch amazing sunsets there (about a 7mins walk). I was upgraded on my second day and I thoroughly enjoyed my new room, pretty rustic as expected from a traditional Riad stay. Thank you very much for the warmth that I was treated with for my entire stay. Shukran 🙏

This place is absolutely amazing & worth the price. The staff is super helpful & gives you many recommendations for the city. My flight ended up being delayed for over two hours, and the Riad driver waited until 3 am to make sure I got back safe to the Riad...that's commitment & service. Abdel is one of the staff members, and he made sure all our needs were accommodated. Whether it was late checkout, early & late breakfast, city recommendations, and transportation to/from the airport. The breakfast is a traditional Moroccan breakfast & it's all included, even extras! I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed two nights and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff were absolutely amazing! Abdeljalile, Hanane, and Aïcha were attentive and welcoming. They gave us some great recommendations and were very helpful if we needed something. The room was clean, comfortable and we slept great. It is also in a great location, with a lot of shopping and near the Henna Art Cafe, which had good food and amazing henna! would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing place to stay in the midst of the Old Medina!

We have nothing but compliments and gratitude for Riad Sun Week and their staff. Our arrival in Marrakech was chaotic and uncomfortable but Redda, Abdull, Hanna, and Aisha took care of us. Made us feel safe and comfortable. They made good recommendations for places to eat and a driver that was punctual and trustworthy. The Riad was beautiful and clean and it was a pleasure spending time there. The location is only a five minute walk from the main plaza. I will recommend Riad Sun Week to family and friends.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, from beginning to end. The staff (such as Abdeljalil) is incredibly nice, attentive and kind. They are helpful even with stuff that is not directly related to the riad (hotel) and give excellent recommendations on place to visit and tours. The tea and breakfast is delicious, vast and great price. Rida (the owner) checks in regularly and is one of the best people I have met. I will definitely and undoubtedly come back.

Riad Sun Week is excellent. The staff made considerable efforts to welcome me and make my stay pleasant. The morning breakfasts on the terrace are particularly wonderful. I've stayed at several riads in Morocco, and Sun Week does little things that make the stay extra special. For example, at breakfast, the egg is not a boiled egg (typical), but a scrambled egg that is seasoned. The honey and yogurt comes in a small glass with a slice of strawberry on top, unlike other riads where yogurt comes in a less environmentally friendly plastic container. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the breakfasts which came with eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, a selection of breads and jams and spreads, fresh orange juice, coffee, and mint tea. I stayed in the standard room on the first floor, which has a lot of charm and history, especially the heavy, wooden double-doors that open onto the courtyard. Rida, the owner and manager, was especially helpful and kind. He arranged for me to have a traditional dinner in the Riad: vegetarian tagine, a traditional salad, and for dessert a beautifully arranged fruit plate with honey. Rida arranged for me to visit an excellent hammam, where I received a fantastic gommage (scrub) and massage. He arranged for a car to take me to the train station and escorted me to the car and helped me with my bags. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the level of service he and his staff provided to make me feel truly special and welcome.

Great staff, the riad needs restoration
The staff (especially Abdul - night shift) is great and they tried to make our stay great. Breakfast was stradiotional and tasty. We had a standard room, the bathroom is extremely small and the riad needs some restoration in general. Not bad but needs work.

Les gérants Abdoul et Abdoul sont très avenant, nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, très serviable, etc... les chambres sont faites tous les jours, propreté exemplaire. La cuisine du Riad très propre, cela peut etre un détail, mais c'est révélateur de l'hygiène (20/20). Le seul hic, la chambre que nous avions et sa salle de bain, méritent d'etre rafraichi. Pour 3 garçons aucun problèmes mais pour une femme pas certain que ca passe. Mais comme je l'ai dit l'aimabilité des gérants, des employés nous ont fait oubliés ces détails. Indéniablement le Riad est très bien situé 3-4 mn de la place;

Marrakech es totalmente diferente a todo lo que conocemos en Latino america totalmente otra cultura (es importante que sepan esto) El riad es muy bonito, comodo, tiene una super ubicación, el desayuno es increible. Una felicitación para Abdul (el encargado del hotel) te hace sentir como en casa.

Il y a aucune Clim dans les chambres et quand vous rentrer, on vous demande de payer des frais de 3 euro par personne par jour, j’ai du prendre un rbnb pour dormir tranquillement et lorsque que je suis venu rendre les clefs on m’a demander de payer les frais alors que quelqu’un dormais dans ma chambre.
