最低、最悪でした。。。
チェックインに行ったところ、フロントの男性に、支払いがされていないので、 支払わないと部屋に案内できないと言われた。 既に、予約時にクレジットカードで決済をしているので、その旨伝えたが聞き入れられなかったが、 それでも重複して支払うのはいやだったので、日本から持って行った予約確認の紙を見せたが、 金額は日本円で書いてあるのはわかるが、支払い済みという所は日本語なので僕には読めないので 証明にならないと言われた。 困り果てたが、ホテルのPCを借りて英語サイトに切り替え、英語で支払い済みの文字を見せた所 それでも信じてもらえず、ホテルの予約サイトにに電話するから自分で確認をしろと言われ オペレーターの方と話し、確かに支払っていると確認できたので、ホテルの人に電話を代わってもらった。 その後、ホテルのマネージャーに電話するから話をしろと言われ説明した所、 マネージャーはフロントの男性がブッキングドットコムで予約した客が来たと言ったので、 予約が入っていないと言ったが、ホテルズドットコムなら予約が入っているから、 このままホテルに泊まれると言いだした。 結局この無駄な押し問答に2時間以上時間を取られ、謝罪もなかった。 いざ部屋に入ると下水臭く、夜もよく眠れなかった。 長い事ホテルズドットコムを利用しているが、こんなホテルは初めてで、最低で最悪な思いをしました。　 二度と利用したくないホテルです。
