"The good :
• very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice !
• fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars
The bad :
• the blanket is rather old
• instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight)
• the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"Bei Ankunft keine Info zu Heizung zb haben wir keine Heizung gehabt eine Karte um Heizung anzuschalten. Kochherd war Gas flasche leer, heißes Wasser hat für uns 4 Personen nicht gereicht zum Baden.Draussen Trasse war ungenießbar die Möbel vol mit Hunde kacke .das kleine Küchenfenster war kaputt und Jalousien Dreckich.Die ganze Ausstattung war Müll Reif ."

"Gute Lage am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, viele Liegen, gute Sonnenschirme.
Die Snackbar am Pool war leider kaum offen.
Die Garage ist groß genug, auch für SUVs, aber steile, etwas enge Zufahrt.
Die Apartments sind geräumig, aber auch spartanisch, einfach eingerichtet.
Dem Preis nicht angemessen!
Bett, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind gut.
Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden.
TV leider nur mit terrestrischem...

"The hotel was ok and the view from the balcony very good. The room was dated.
The shower screen did not seal well. The wall paper was peeling. The grounds felt a bit unkept.
Otherwise room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, pool great. Air conditioning worked well. Would have liked daily housekeeping - at least beds made and towels changed but not sure whether that was something you had to request. Would enquire if staying longer."

"This hotel is truly grand and very old. I understand it has been purchased and will be renovated. It is gorgeous and right on the lake, with lake access, jacuzzi and pool. The food is excellent. "

"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.
The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to.
Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all.
The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters.
My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv.
So be prepared for that.
The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb.
The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush.
I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "

"We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped.
Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal.
Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents
Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar
Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano"
