"We stay at this property every year around the same time. Lovely landscape and surrounding area is fun. However this year we ran out of hot water one night. Additionally, the beds were not 1 king and 1 queen as advertised; they were 1 queen and 1 full. We decided not to attempt to change rooms as the resort was fully booked, and we loved the view. Will continue to come back unless these small issues increase."

There were a few things that were broken/confusing but we didn’t mind. 1) Dinner Table, it was a foldable table where both sides fold down. "Our room was lovely. Even though we didn’t need it this stay, there was a loft with two extra beds and a bathroom. It would be perfect to bring the kids. Loved being close to the lake. The check in process requires you to go to a second property then come back to this property for the parking pass. It’s not a huge deal but can be time consuming if you are coming in hot on a schedule. "Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious.
