Long weekend away
Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A lovely room with a very comfortable large bed, a power shower and a bonus of a kitchenette. A friendly market town and despite a busy Sat night in the pub we heard v little from our room and slept really well!

Superb.
Absolute gem of a find. small pub but rooms are more than some 4* hotels. Staff couldn't do enough.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The town is pretty and has some nice shops. It can get loud at a weekend, but it was hard to hear in the room even with the window open

Perfect Gem
This is a little gem. The owners are really attentive ensuring everything is perfect for the stay. The room was immaculately clean and sizeable. Breakfast is made to order and filling. Coffee is made to order in whatever style required. Trip was for family but the rooms would be suitable for someone travelling with work needing a clean, tidy room with all amenities eg microwave, iron, laptop sized safe. Perfect place to stay

Beautiful room. Everything was clean and to a very high spec. Owners put a lot of thought into people's needs. Food was to an exceptionally high standard. Couldn't fault anything!

We were very well looked after by our hosts. The bedroom had been fairly recently refurbished to a high standard. Good pub food. The only downside was the noise from the bar downstairs but only to be expected if you choose to stay in a pub.

Loved my stay
Lovely large room with all the amenities, coffee, changeable thermostat so room temperature is just right, a hot shower with power, large tv with many channels and a large comfortable bed. The food from the restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast was prepared well.
