"Wonderfully located at the edge of the peninsula where the 3 rivers meet. Very cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The room had a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was delicious, top quality and great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. Perfect for couples. "

"Don't be fooled by the photos on hotels .com the room we had 302 was over due a refurbished the bathroom towel rail broken the shower had no screen the bath was too narrow the tiles need replacing the room looked like it needed painting and furniture replaced shame as the rest off the place ie restaurant bar food etc was first class "

"The location can't be beat...my unit looked out the window to a narrow cobblestone street that led up to a Piazza with fountain. Cute grocery right off the Piazza. I loved the big bathroom, excellent shower, kitchen, and brightness of the space. The ceilings are domed as most buildings were built in 17th century. "My sister and I loved the place. Staff very friendly and helpful. I want to add is if you have mobility problems, make the staff aware so you can have a room on the side with the elevator. We hadn’t thought about that, but the the staff was very accommodating and changed our room. We also thought the bathtub was really high to transfer in. Overall, a lovely place"

I would have given a 5 star review, but there were no drinking glasses, the dishwasher had the last persons dishes in it, and there was only a 2/3 roll of toilet paper. I'd also suggest they provide a couple of laundry detergent pods as there is a convenient laundry on the ground floor."
