"Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!)."

"I stayed on the 4th floor. I had two terraces with spectacular views of the mountains, the bay, and the city. The views were incredible and made my stay an exciting adventure. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with everything I needed. The only shortcoming was that it took 5 or 10 minutes to walk to a restaurant."

"Stay was ok. I thought i had booked a room with a balcony but they gave us a room without a balcony. Not much vegan optjons at breakfast...the kitchen within the unit wasnt well equipped...not enough dishes to cook..stove does not work well, no paper towels or towels to wipe et...otherwise good place to stay for couple of days..."

Great appartment. Poor communications.

"Modern, clean and spacious. Well located for sightseeing including boat trips ex harbour. Shops and cambio just around the corner. However, check-in instructions including code to access the building were sent too late so we had to stand around in the street and then waste money on data for whatsapp to get in. "

"The hotel staff was super friendly. we were there for our 20th anniversary which we mentioned to the front desk attendance, Jonathan, in passing. Next thing we know, there was wine and chocolate left in the room for us to celebrate the occasion!! we also got upgraded to a king suite which was an amazing penthouse room, with gorgeous views. The Spa was also a nice touch. Over all I think the hotel is a great option in a very good location near all the attractions and restaurants. "
