"We booked this hotel for first time Manila visit. Airport was a chaotic scene with lots of people offering their taxi services. There was no sign for the Kingsford Hotel, no representative, no email, no information on Hotels.com about this service. We booked it as it was a free airport shuttle included. In the end, we took a taxi which price offerings were from $1,500 to $375 PESOS If you get the Grabb app (uber in Asia) installed, you can get it for $240 pesos. Overall experience at the hotel was great but the disappointment of the lack of information on their shuttle affected this review"
