"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff do a lot to make you stay great. The place is brand new and the staff just need some training on housekeeping as you can tell they are hard workers. Great food both breakfast and room service."

"The Krystal Grand is a beautiful property, well kept, very clean, with very tentative and friendly staff. The food in the buffets was very tasty with a lot of variety and very good quality and friendy staff. We especially enjoyed interacting with Esther at breakfast each day. She is a delight, very outgoing, funny and a good server. The ala cart restaurants were very nice atmosphere, great food and professional staff. The bar staff at the adult pool were very good and made sure everyones drinks were full. The staff all over the resort were always asking if everything was good. We were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to Altitude Club on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The staff in the Altitude Lounge were very helpful, especially Yaneisy who went above and beyond to help buy flowers for my wife's 65th birthday. The beach is great, perfect for long walks and swimming and an easy walk to Bucerias."
