It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "Great location near the central station of Wuppertal. The entrance isn't great on the upper 1st. floor. The price of the room was high during the tradeshow. The breakfast wasn't as expected with high price. At least, they should serve scrabbled eggs for breakfast. Only boiled eggs was available. "

"My wife had to attend a seminar in the area so we were only here for one night. We came late and the staff at the hotel restaurants made an extra effort to make us food even though the kitchen was closed .5* for the service. We were given an apt and this was more like a luxury apt.. it’s not in the Main Villa but 500m away. Was absolutely wonderful. I would certainly recommend this hotel and the staff for their wonderful service. Keep up the good work even in these difficult covid times. Will...
