"This hotel is located on a small street in Calonge. Even though there is a lot of traffic going by, you do not hear or see anything from them. It has been renovated and is quaint, cozy, clean, the staff is very cordial and helpful, and provides adults with everything they need to enjoy a stay in Mallorca. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....
