Beautiful coastline and some lovely places to wine, dine and shop, sadly the amenities in the area are somewhat neglected .
It's a great place with lots of character. We've been 3 times this year!
Margate is changing rapidly but also keeps it's identity. There is an evident divide between the working class locals and the sporadic wealthier tourists. Not everybody's cup of tea I presume but it is something we personally love.
Enjoyed the Shell grotto, caves and turner gallery
