The location is excellent—you can reach the city center using L5 in less than 15 minutes, which is very convenient. The furniture is quite old, but not broken or damaged. However, the doors could use better sound insulation, as you can hear people walking outside and they can hear you as well.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled, meaning it is turned on and off from their side to save energy. While this isn’t ideal, it’s not a major issue either. The only downside I experienced was when I asked for more water and was told it’s NOT provided on demand—which felt like saving in the wrong place.
That said, the staff was overall very friendly and helpful.
