"My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Sant’Uffizio in the heart of Piedmont, and it was a truly peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century monastery, the hotel’s charm lies in its blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. The Aquanatura Spa was the highlight—immaculate and incredibly relaxing. The hydrotherapy pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms, and ice cascade created a complete wellness experience. The time we spent there was restive and deeply restorative. Every detail, from the calming design to the herbal tea lounge, added to the sense of luxury. The hotel grounds were equally impressive. Surrounded by vineyards and manicured gardens, the outdoor pool area and bar was perfect for unwinding. I especially loved walking through the quiet paths in the early evening—truly serene. The restaurants, bars, and extensive wine list exceeded expectations and rounded out this magical visit. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of the rolling hills and vineyards of Piemonte, this place is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return."

"We reported to the receptionist that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our first hour of stay and yet it was never fixed at all. Also, it smelled in the hallways - could be because it's an old building."

"We really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina. The building is beautiful and full of character, and the location is perfect—close to all the main sights. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially loved the quiet courtyard—it’s a lovely spot to relax with a drink. The secure underground parking was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely, as always. Great, generous rooms and comfortable bed. Kettle in room, seating area & work area. Don’t forget to visit the roof to enjoy a great view of Turin and the Fiat test track - don’t miss the on/off ramp for some brutalist joy. Easy metro into city centre, 2 euro. EV charging, 20 euro flat fee so we topped right up. 4 ports, only ours in use. "
