"The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect. "

"We booked 2 double bed one bedroom apartment. But when we arrived, there is only one double bed and a single bed. We checked with reception, the staff said all rooms available were set up as 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The staff gave us bed sheet and blanket. Asked us to set up our second single bed from the sofa bed on our own. And promise someone will come to set up properly in the next day. But it wasn’t come until the 4th day of our stay. "Booked for a 2 night stay whilst visiting La Défense Arena and it was perfect from start to finish. Lovely clean room, comfy beds and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Literally walk across the road to access the trams to travel wherever you wish to go in Paris. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable decent accommodation whilst visiting Paris."

"My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location...

"Brilliant place to stay. Clean, lots of places to shop and buy food. Staff really helpful and friendly. Paris was shut down due to olympics but still had awesome view of Eiffel 2 mins walk from hotel so still got to see light show. Lovely walk through area to get to shops. Breakfast was good too. "Excellent place for long (or short) stay with excellent facilities for the price. The rooms are good, and can feel more roomy when the bed is folded up. Kitchenette is well equipped for those who don't want to dine outside on a daily basis (although there are many restaurants within a short walking distance). Gym room, laundry, breakfast, snacks are on site.Capping the experience is a super friendly and helpful staff."

"Would highly recommend this hotel; from the warm welcome at reception from the lovely staff every time we entered or left the hotel, the comfortable well appointed, clean and warm room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The immaculate bathroom with separate toilet (with Nuxe products), lovely little balcony and private off street parking. Everything was perfect. Short walk to the Metro straight into Paris. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close to the hotel. Honestly could not recommend this hotel highly enough, we will definitely be back. "
