"÷ Nothing was as described and for everything we mentioned they said it was not them who had put the wrong information and that it was hotels.com fault. No parking on spot included and we had to pay to park far away from the hotel. The family room did not have the amount of bed described so we got given a bent sparebed instead. No welcome drink or suprise for the kids as mentioned. Did not see anything to make it a kid friendly hotel. Dirty shower. Loud music until 24.00. Reseptionist more busy...

"Otelin konumu merkeze yakın, taş ambiyansı mükemmel fakat bunların getirdigi dezavantaj olarak sokakların çok dar olması dolaylı park yeri sıkıntısı, dısarıdan çok ses alması ve odaların birbirine yakın olması var. Temizlik olarak gayet iyiydi, görevli arkadaş da oldukça yardımcı oldu."

"The staff is wonderfull here. The lpcation is right in the center so you can walk anywhere from here. The manager was so kind that he even brpught cut fruit even though the resturant was closed. "

"İlk girdiğiniz andan itibaren sıcaklığı ile kendinizi evinizde, hizmeti ile ise gerçekten çok özel hissettiren bir otel. Özellikle Kamuran bey çok ilgili. Otel hem çok rahat hem de tarihi özelliğinden hiç bir şey kaybetmemiş. Kahvaltısı ise gezintiye mutlu başlamanızı sağlıyor. Mutlaka yine uğrayacağız. Çok teşekkürler."

"Ana Talia house is an absolute gem. Staff are all extremely friendly. The building itself is magical and atmospheric. It has an excellent location and the rooms are also wonderful. There is nothing to think about. Just book here and you'll have a fantastic time in Mardin. "

"My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!"

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."
