"Overall a bad experience. Been going to this hotel since 2019 and it was one of my favorite places due to their staff. Unfortunately this year I’ve traveled to Quito 3 times and it’s been a terrible experience with the front desk agents . Unfortunately, due to this reason I won’t come back"
