"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "Great location in a not so touristy area compared to others. Nice property and very quiet given location. Bed was so comfortable and aircon was good. Did have to keep pressing the max button to get it cold but no issues. Great location "

"We absolutely loved this property! It was just an easy 15-minute walk from the main station, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the host was seamless. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, yet lively and charming during the day. Its proximity to the ferry stop was ideal for exploring the rest of Venice. Perfect location for our stay!"

"Welcoming hosts ensure a pleasant stay by happily offering suggestions for tourist must-see locations. This charming hotel is impressively situated by Rialto Market and within steps to the famous Rialto Bridge. The city transit boat stop (public transport) is within meters of hotel offering transportation to all Venetian sites and islands. We had a warm and cozy week after celebrating New Year's in St Mark's Square!"
