"This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"Great location, only a quick 5 min walk to Koln HBF station. Plenty of food opitions on the street. The hotel itself offers everything from a snack bar to free sparkling water which was a bonus. Only downside was the lack of soundprofing in the walls. People can be very inconsiderate and make noise at late times of the evening. "

"I’d stay here every time I visit Cologne. It’s convenient for transport with a tram link literally across the road to the shopping areas (one stop) and the main hbf train station (three stops). The staff are scarce but the ones we did speak to were helpful and friendly. We arrived a couple of hours early for check in and they stored our bags free of charge in their secure office. The staff member even checked to see if there was a room available for us for a free early check in. Comfortable...

"We just stayed at the Niu Hotel to walk to a music venue at the E-werke in 10-15 minutes, which was perfect. The hotel is spotless and compact, plus the personnel was friendly. The breakfast they offer is good, and I will book my next stay when I am in the Köln area."
