"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "Great visit to Best Hotel Cambrils. Food was great with plenty of options for everyone. The beach was such a short walk from the hotel. The rooms have a mini fridge inside them to keep your drinks cool. The hotel is situated In a quieter location compared to Salou or Cambrils. The hotel always looked clean and tidy and the large dining area was very nice. There are bus stops just outside the front of the hotel which will take you to Salou/Cambrils/Portaventura world theme park. The bus is €2.10...

"Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!"

"Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff."
