"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

"Stay was better after upgrade to larger caravan. Normal type camping/ caravan style village, staff was good and helpful, but some facilities not available like outdoor pool, location ok but transport needed for shops, bar and restaurant expensive with limited menu and a per person table charge of 2euro which I feel is a con charging to sit and have a drink or meal Overall it's ok for what it is so long as you don't expect much "

They wanted to charge something that they shouldn't, but the manager apologized and put things right (for a difference from Expedia). But for that, I had to write to Lecci in Italian. "Pleasant stay. Came in late September and stayed on first floor. Room was a bit warm so we opened the windows, which helped a lot but let in a lot of noise from patrons below. Couldn’t imagine how stifling it would be in the height of summer. Room decor was dated, but added to the charm. Fantastic location in the middle of town. Very walkable city. Lots of people out on a Thursday night. Nice vibe. Staff was very friendly."
