"Not a good experience. Lots of attitude at the front desk. Asked to use a seperate card to pay - this I was told was ok. But when I went to pay was told it was already taken from wrong account. No resolution available. Front desk changed when they realized I booked with hotels.com/expedia. Also I asked for another pillow - it never areived "

"Such a lovely, if brief, stay! Our host Isabelle was incredibly kind and not only accommodated a last minute check in but early breakfast for us so we could hit the nearby Ogliss water park early. The fire is beautifully appointed, with vibrant art nouveau features which have been restored with loving care and vibrant flair.
