"I LOVE staying at the Ryse!! I’ve stayed at the Ryse 3 times now and it’s almost always my go-to whenever I visit Seoul. The staff are very professional and friendly, the rooms are nice & clean, and it is close to the train station and steps away from Hongdae, which imo is the best area to stay at (closest from airport, best late-night restaurants, though further from everything else but can train to Myeongdong, Seongsu, Gangnam easily). "You do get what you paid for. If you’re coming during the winter This is kind of a far walk from HONG DAE ST. Almost 20 min. Thankfully it was just me in my room and i could lock it from inside. Otherwise there could of been someone on the other bed. Shared restroom with another room. Poor lighting and feel weird going to the restroom, so many hairs from other people. I don’t think i would stay here again, I rather pay a little more for a more convenient location. "
