"Eric & Sharon were lovely. They have built an incredible property. The villas are absolutely perfect. We truly enjoyed learning about all of the plants and animals on their property. They have two beautiful dogs, 6 cats, and a resident sloth named Pearl. Breakfast is delicious. The "secret path" to the beach is delightful. Several of Eric's recommendations were spot on! "Magical place amongst the trees and only a very short wander to the beach. Monkeys swinging during the daytime and frogs only a quick search away at night. It’s a small hotel with most rooms looking out at the pool area. Relatively thin walls but we didn’t mind waking up early on this trip. 2 or 3 nights would perfect if visiting without a car as taxis need to come from Puerto Viejo for trips further afield. Almost faultless however our only criticism would be that dietary requirements...

"Its was terrible. The only highlight was the girl that was working at the office. The place is nasty. We were there for 4 night and they charged us double price ! My friend was staying there and he only paid a little amount. There music very loud and people a screaming at 8-9 am. Manzanillo is very far of puerto viejo ai you must have a car or rent a bike. Dont pay 100$ for this ! "
