"I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the restaurant options were pleasing. I would most definitely recommend to anyone traveling through for a connection or for a longer stay that's looking for something budget friendly but still above avergage."

There is a conbini across the street and lots of food options in the area. It's my first choice to go when it's available. "I would stay here again if I land in narita, the rooms are very large compared to most transit hotels in Japan. The staff was awesome because I was hot in my room and couldn’t manage to open the window. They saw my thermostat to the lowest temperature and opened my window when making the room. I didn’t have time to check out because I was racing back to the hotel to grab the shuttle back but everything runs on time and it’s swift and orderly:) 10/10"

"Tips for the bus ride. Make sure you check with the bus driver where it's going prior to getting in, or you may end up in a different location. The que don't work. Stay close to the middle or back door."
