The breakfast and dinner was served by older ladies that did not necessarily speak English but definitely kept trying to make it an amazing experience each time. "The rooms had a classic "Showa era" style, which gave them a great atmosphere, and were quite spacious for two people. The onsen was on the small side but clean and nice, with a pretty outdoor area. There was a lounge area with free drinks, nuts, and dried fruit. It was a decent value. I'd stay there again."

While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. The traditional dinner and breakfast were a great experience. Also loved the variety of onsen’s available within the hotel itself - and private Onsen with your room if you want! "
