"Overall, we had a good stay! I did run into some issues with the virtual check-in process and didn’t receive my digital key card as expected, but thankfully I was able to check in at the front desk without a problem.
The real standout was the property manager—super accommodating and kind. They even opened the pool 30 minutes early so my kids could get one last swim in before we checked out. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us.
The breakfast buffet was solid with a nice variety, though I’d suggest relocating the waffle station—it's currently tucked in a tight corner and tends to get pretty congested during the morning rush.
All in all, a pleasant stay with great staff and a few areas for improvement."
