"The hotel is terribly Managed. This is the second time I have come to this place. Unfortunately, there are always customer service issues. This time it was the towels and breakfasts. In addition, we caught a virus. They oversold breakfasts to people who were not hotel guests, leaving those of us who paid in advance with nothing to eat but the leftovers. The initial explanation was that those of us who paid should understand that it was high season. The same thing happened with the lack of towels...
