"Wow...interesting place! It's an old Manor from the 1750's. Soderfors is quiet at night - carpets seem to roll up around 7PM. We arrived at 10PM, starved, and ended up drinking water and having a nice dinner of salt and pepper cashews and beef jerky since the advertised hotel bar and restaurant also follows the local schedule. We were the only guests - it was so quiet and empty that it felt a bit like the setting for a summer camp horror movie. All that said, super convenient for the business we...
