It was very difficult to check in because we booked a room in the Victoria Court suites, but they put us in Victoria Court escarpment. Only one key for the room, but there were two of us there for three days. After we got checked in, everything was fine. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The food from room service was very good and at a good price. The Wi-Fi fades in and out, very weak signal in the room. Water leak under the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The mattress is very thin and not very comfortable. Overall, it was not bad, but it could have been better…
I did not stay there. I willingly forfeited my money and quickly left the premises. When I did a search for a hotel in Manila, I specifically entered the information of 1 adult and 1 child. When the taxi arrived we had difficulty finding exactly which location was the one for my reservation. There are several "Victoria" hotels all under the same management and connected to on another. One thing was immediately obvious by seeing the signs at the entrances that said "Always Discreet" and "No Minors Allowed", it is a motel for people to take prostitutes Not a hotel. I was furious and extremely embarrassed trying to think of an explanation to give to my 11 year old daughter on why we could not stay there.
This short-time, hourly rate motel has no business being in the search results that include children.
I would insist that Expedia blocks this place from appearing in search results when children are guests.
The hotel was very friendly and very caring for their customers, they have great customer service! They also have great delicious food that is worth your money thou the first free breakfast had little amount of serving than the last breakfast we had. Me and my wife loved staying in Victoria Courts Panorama we would like to book it again in the future.
The staff there is fantastic. The only drawbacks were no safe in room, and no clock in room. Traffic behind building is very noisy, but I suppose anywhere in Manila would be noisy.
It's worth noting that the depiction of Victoria Court on the internet is largely false. It's not a hotel, it's a motel with "hourly rates" and mirrors over the beds.
This hotel is good for couples that will never leave the room.
I would have never booked here if i knew the location, theres nothing around this place and i couldnt get a taxi.
The room is really nice. Modern interior, floor length mirror on the side of bed and spacious. Unfortunately, the check in is a disaster. It took them about 10 minutes to check us in. We were led to a waiting room that smells terrible. If they could improve on this aspect, i will probably give them 4 out of 5 stars. Right now 3 star rating is enough.
Lighting inside the room was a bit dimmed. Remote control of TV was not operational. Breakfast portion was very very little, not even enough for one person, let alone we have 2 people. Other than this, the hotel was considered very well, very clean and service was excellent!
I was tired and kinda forgot about the time change going from Canada to the Philippines and actually booked one of the theme suites ... but accidentially booked for a day early ... when I realized my mistake and asked hotels.com to change it .. they said they couldn't ... but lucky for me ..the victorias court guys were very helpful and extended my poking for the correct day ... so ..well done and thanks for helping me out ! The room was spacious and clean ... very nice jacuzzi with nice hot water. I will always book a room here when I'm back in the Philippines! I love the theme rooms for sure !!

A learning curve
The staff were extremely helpful.
The downside was changing rooms 4 times in 5 days due to various services not working .
We we checked out the bill was 2840 piso less than what was taken out of our bank account , we would expect this returned to us , not looking forward to the hard job of finding someone in a position to listen to us ! Nice staff and food , maintenance non existent !!!
I booked three nights at Victoria Courts Panorama in Manila, Philippines. The first issue is that there are at least
five signs for Victoria Court, none of which display Panorama. The second issue is it is located in a very dark part of town with tiny unlit streets going in all directions.
The first time we tried to find this hotel, we ended up at a trash dump on a dead end street surrounded by squatter huts in the middle of the night. Our driver immediately did a U turn and high speed escape from the area.
The second time we followed a VC sign, we found no hotel at all.
The final time we ended up in a very dark central court that reminded one of being on the inside of a fortress with a tiny exit. Our driver refused to leave the car, so my wife and I got out to talk to two people in a small entrance lighted by a single bulb. They assured us we were in the right place and confirmed our reservation. My wife asked to see the room. They took us down narrow passages to a room with a flimsy door. Inside the room looked usable but not as advertised. There was also the strong smell of fresh paint. At that point, my wife refused to stay. Our driver took us to a different hotel. There was no refund for the VC.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise as the room was very large, very nice tv, AC worked great, the food was good, and the restroom was very clean. The bed is big, but not as comfortable as some other hotels but it was still satisfactory considering all other things. If your looking for something a little different and unique, this is a good place to go.

Room was extravagant,huge and comfy.
Checking in was confusing, the posted pic w a bath tub was meant for suites only, but they posted it as if it was the one.....also took us a while to get a room...we need to wait for someone to checked out...
Inside the rooms we can hear employees laughing, giggling while talking...
Room was very good and comfy...

Not as it is advertised
The pictures supplied are nothing like the hotel. Very annoyed at this. and the hotel has no bars anywhere near it.
We were very disappointed because the facility is not family nor disabled friendly. It has no window and the stair is so steeply dangerous. There is no space provided for luggage nor to hang clothes. There is no room set aside for non-smokers. All their rooms are for smokers. The rooms are poorly lighted. No one can even read a book nor find something one might have dropped on the floor, Absolutely, we can not recommend to vacationing international travelers and not for long term stay but short stay of maximum 4 hours. The only redeeming feature of the motel is the courteous and helpful staff.
I chose it because of price and location (near a meeting I had scheduled), but it was clearly not a hotel for the business traveler or the budget minded. It was more of a "rent by the hour" type place and catered to the desires of a different market.
