There was a couple minor maintenance issues or it would have been all 5’s. Everything was resolved quickly. If there was a higher mark for communication I would give it. I would stay again without hesitation.

Booked online a day before,went to hotel the next day but they said room are been sold to someone else knowing they already took the payment to my account and asking me to cancel the booking because they have no more room, knowing that there is no cancelation when i booked the room. They said they refund the payment but until now i haven't receive any pesos. I won't recommend to anyone this hotel or make a booking online its a scammers.

全体的に満足です。各部屋が個人オーナー所有なのでチェックインの時などは少し手間がかかりますが全体的に満足です。 ホテルではないので部屋のクリーニングやアメニティなどはきちんと言わないとダメです。 エリアの治安の心配はありませんでした。 50階以上なので時間によりエレベータが混むとしばらく待たされます。 すぐ横にちょっとしたカフェやショップ、コンビニなどもあるので便利です。 プールは良いですが、3方を高層ビルで囲まれているので日当たりは時間限定です。
