The area around the hotel is not good. It did not look safe. But its walking distance to an MRT station. And hitel itself is good. The staff were helpful and friendly. I asked for a drinking water and they gave me a whole gallon. The breakfast was not good though. There was no hairdryer.

The restroom iis not clean enough the tiles in the shower and the shower head is dirty. Needs to clean good. Wifi is not stable the TV keeps being frozen. The free breakfast food is not enough with limited each person. Hallways are dirty

Molds on bathroom all around. Room 439 and room 556 not clean and the bed frame is noisy you cannot sleep. I don't know how they get good reviews. My experience is poor not clean. Never stay again this KABAYAN HOTEL.

The bed has bugs, the toilet and bathtub are dirty, and the curtain is rusty; it appears to have not been changed in a year, and the room stinks like cockroaches..Breakfast very limited and when u want to add some dishes have to pay extra charges ..

The place is to cater mostly to those who are used to Phillipine environment. Although I was born and raised in the Philippines, I have been away for 45 years and no longer used to a low comfort place. The towels are old, the bed covers are old. I only like it because I was able to shop/eat in nearby Jolibee and ChowKing establishments The exterior facade and lobby are great, very nice.
